1. Acceptance

By creating an account or registering for any Neon Palms tournament, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Players under 18 need a parent/guardian's consent to compete for cash prizes.
• You are responsible for owning a valid copy of any game required by a tournament and meeting its platform requirements.
• Neon Palms may refuse service or cancel a registration at any time at its sole discretion.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate Discord and gamertag information. Impersonation is prohibited.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure.
• One account per person. Alternate or shared accounts may be banned.

4. Conduct & Fair Play

Cheating, hacking, third-party tools, stream-sniping, harassment, or any competitive sabotage will result in disqualification and may result in a permanent ban. See our Rules for the full code of conduct.

5. Prizes

• Prize pools listed on tournament pages are the total advertised prize before any platform fees, taxes, or withholding.
• Winners may be required to submit tax forms and identity verification before payout.
• Neon Palms is not responsible for prize payouts advertised by third-party sponsors.

6. Intellectual Property

Neon Palms branding, site content, and code are owned by Neon Palms. Game titles, gamertags, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Neon Palms is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game publisher unless explicitly stated.

7. User Content

By uploading team emblems, gameplay proof, or messages, you grant Neon Palms a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and moderate that content in the context of the platform. You keep ownership of your content.

8. Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Tournaments may be delayed, canceled, or restructured. Neon Palms is not liable for lost matches, connection issues, or missed check-ins caused by third-party services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neon Palms will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Rules, with or without notice.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
