Rules & Conduct

General Code of Conduct

• Treat every player and admin with respect. Harassment is grounds for immediate disqualification.
• Cheating, hacking, modding, or using any unauthorized third-party tool results in a permanent ban.
• Stream-sniping, ghosting, or any form of competitive sabotage is prohibited.

Registration

• One registration per player per tournament unless otherwise specified.
• Fake accounts or impersonation will be removed and may result in a ban.
• Manual approval may be required — submit honest Discord and gamertag info.

Brackets & Matches

• Brackets lock when the tournament starts. No changes to names or teams without admin approval.
• Players must check in by the deadline or forfeit their slot.
• Results must be confirmed by both players (or submitted with proof) before becoming final.
• Disputes are filed through the report button on the match page within 30 minutes of completion.

Prize pools are subject to platform fees and tax withholding. Neon Palms is not affiliated with any game publisher. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Anti-Cheat Policy

Any suspected cheating is investigated by tournament staff. Players may be required to submit replays, screen recordings, or stream feeds upon request. Refusal to comply will result in disqualification.
